About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to oversee the smooth operation of our Learning Management System (LMS). This is a newly established role where you will be able to have your say and have a real impact. It’s part-time (0.6 FTE), and we are open to you working the required hours across 3,4 or even 5 days.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of learning resources, coordinate training activities, and ensure compliance requirements are met—helping to build the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
The core responsibilities of the role include:

Manage the day-to-day administration of the LMS, including user accounts, enrolments, and learning materials.

Provide frontline support and troubleshooting for LMS users, developing helpful guides and training sessions.

Coordinate and schedule training activities, including communication and monitoring of completion rates.

Track compliance training, escalating outstanding requirements to management as needed.

Generate reports and insights on training participation, progress, and outcomes.

Identify and implement improvements to the LMS and related processes for a better user experience.

Promote and market learning programs to encourage participation and engagement.

Do you have what it takes?

2+ years’ experience as an LMS or Learning & Development Administrator.

Strong expertise with LMS platforms, ensuring scalability and a seamless user experience.

Ability to collect, analyse and present data, maintaining accuracy and data integrity.

Knowledge of software integrations to optimise systems and processes.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills, including supporting users with varying levels of IT confidence.

Relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.

Self-directed, proactive, and adaptable to changing business and technology needs.
