We are seeking Food Production Workers to join a family run meat processing business based in Milperra. This opportunity offers ongoing, stable work with potential for permanent opportunities on the following shifts:

• Full time – 6:00 am to 4:00 pm (1hr break)
• Part-time (morning) – 6:00 am to 12:00 pm (30-minute break)

About the role:

• Primary tasks: operating the meat mincer, deboning, meat preparation including making sausages, seasoning, cooking, slicing, packaging & storing final product.
• Following safe work procedure, including working with knives, smokers & steamers
• Full training provided onsite

What we are looking for:

• Must have previous experience using knives and working with food
• Available for an immediate start
• Unrestricted working rights – must be able to work a 38-hour week, ongoing
• Comfortable working with meat products, including pork
• Safety focussed & attention to detail
• Fit & healthy – physical work required
