What we’re looking for:

At least 5 years’ welding experience, ideally on heavy machinery

A sharp eye for detail and pride in producing quality work

A positive, team-first attitude

Willingness to put in regular, ongoing overtime (with great earning potential)

No Certificate III? No problem.
You don’t need formal trade papers to join us. What matters is your skill, experience, and work ethic. For those interested in gaining a qualification, we also offer the chance to complete a Certificate III apprenticeship while earning well above award wages.
