About the role
ARRCS are currently sourcing a qualified and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to support the team and residents at our Yutjuwala Djiwarr Flexible Aged Care facility located in Nhulunbuy, Northern Territory.
This role is a residential role and would require you to relocate to Nhulunbuy, Northern Territory.
Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role.
This role will see you delivering best practice, person-centered nursing care to our residents in collaboration with our multidisciplinary health care team. Please see link below for a full position description.
Remuneration and benefits of working with ARRCS:
ARRCS are offering an exclusive package for skilled Registered Nurses to join our team. Our package includes:
- Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 ranging from $56.32 - $68.64 / hour gross base per hour dependent on experience. This rate is inclusive of $20,000 / ($10.12 additional per hour bonus) - exclusive for Nhulunbuy facility only and only applicable to applicants who have over 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse. This bonus rate is available for the first 2 years of employment only.

- Fully furnished single or shared accommodation at a subsidised rental of $60.00 / week.

Skills and experience required:
To be considered for this role, we do require evidence of the following:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Minimum of 6-months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in the Aged Care industry.
- Full working rights to work in Australia.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team in a range of settings.
- Knowledge of policy review and implementation for clinical governance.
- Experienced in effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills as well as skills in automated technology.
- Must have a current Flu Vaccination, Immunization History, National Police Check, First Aid Certificate with CPR, NDIS Workers Screening Check and NT Drivers’ License or a willingness to obtain all of the above prior to commencing.

Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) was established in July 2014 and provides aged care and community services in the Northern Territory. The services were previously managed by Frontier Services.
ARRCS operates eight residential care facilities with a combined capacity of 385 beds, and 11 community care programs in Darwin, Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, Katherine, Mutitjulu and Docker River. Some of the services are specifically for Indigenous Australians.
Our staff aim to provide Territorians with services that are responsive to people’s needs now and as their circumstances change.
These services are available to older people, people with a disability, patients discharged from hospital or following a visit to their GP, and individuals and carers who are in need of support.
