About the role

ARRCS are currently sourcing a qualified and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to support the team and residents at our Yutjuwala Djiwarr Flexible Aged Care facility located in Nhulunbuy, Northern Territory.

This role is a residential role and would require you to relocate to Nhulunbuy, Northern Territory.

Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role.

This role will see you delivering best practice, person-centered nursing care to our residents in collaboration with our multidisciplinary health care team. Please see link below for a full position description.

Remuneration and benefits of working with ARRCS:

ARRCS are offering an exclusive package for skilled Registered Nurses to join our team. Our package includes:

• Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 ranging from $56.32 - $68.64 / hour gross base per hour dependent on experience. This rate is inclusive of $20,000 / ($10.12 additional per hour bonus) - exclusive for Nhulunbuy facility only and only applicable to applicants who have over 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse. This bonus rate is available for the first 2 years of employment only.

• Fully furnished single or shared accommodation at a subsidised rental of $60.00 / week.

Skills and experience required:

To be considered for this role, we do require evidence of the following:

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
• Minimum of 6-months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in the Aged Care industry.
• Full working rights to work in Australia.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team in a range of settings.
• Knowledge of policy review and implementation for clinical governance.
• Experienced in effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills as well as skills in automated technology.
• Must have a current Flu Vaccination, Immunization History, National Police Check, First Aid Certificate with CPR, NDIS Workers Screening Check and NT Drivers’ License or a willingness to obtain all of the above prior to commencing.
