What we are looking for

An experienced Leading Hand with a diverse range of skills across the farm, including machine operation, irrigation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Inspect and repair and install irrigation lines, valves, drip and sprinkler parts

Assist in the maintenance of all bore/ pump usage

Assist in ongoing weed management including spot spraying

Harvesting of nuts

Vehicle and plant maintenance and operation

Provide assistance to contractors

Maintaining orchard hygiene and cleanliness
