Our government client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join their IT team, supporting a major ServiceNow implementation focused on service management capabilities. This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical expertise and proven project delivery experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of technology projects and programs within a complex digital environment.
• Drive inter-system integration and data migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow.
• Apply knowledge of service management systems and principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilise various delivery methodologies including Waterfall, SCRUM, SaFE, and Iterative/Incremental approaches.

📌 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of digital experience, with at least 6 years in project management.
• Strong background in B2B systems integration (e.g., Tibco, middleware).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to manage data migration projects.
• Must be Sydney-based and available to work 3-4 days per week onsite in Parramatta.
