Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, modify, and maintain precision tools and components for crushing plant machinery.
• Operate manual and CNC machines to produce high-tolerance parts.
• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications with accuracy.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machinist in a heavy industrial or mining environment.
• Proficiency in operating lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machinery.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy, tooling, and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
