Join a leading national food distribution company in their Dry Goods section as an experienced Voice Picker. You will be part of a supportive and high-performing team, picking and assembling a variety of grocery and alcohol products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is an ongoing position with an opportunity for permanency. Staggered daily start time between 3:00 am – 3:00 pm, with shift times up to 8 -12 hours. Training and induction will be provided.

The Role Includes:

• Voice picking dry goods in a high-volume warehouse
• Operating ride-on electric pallet jacks
• Manually shrink-wrapping completed pallets
• Lifting boxes up to 22kg
• Meeting daily KPIs of 100%
• Handling packaged alcohol and tobacco products

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

• Previous voice picking experience is essential
• Experience with electric pallet jacks
• Ability to meet Requested KPI 100%
• Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills
• Flexibility to work between 3:00 am and 3:00 pm
• Outstanding track record of punctuality and attendance
• Willingness to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol test
