In a typical Voice Picking position with National Workforce, you will be responsible for:

• Packing like a pro - making sure everything's snug, safe, and shipment-ready.
• Scanning barcodes like a checkout ninja (with some cool tech, of course)
• Hitting your KPIs and keeping productivity on point.
• Keeping things organised so the whole operation runs like a dream.
• Doing quality checks - because no one wants squashed snacks or the wrong size socks.
• Using client systems to sort returns like a digital detective.
• Restocking shelves to keep the flow going strong.
• Lifting up to 25kg and helping out with some old-school manual handling.And yes, playing it safe - because safety is always in style.

To be successful for a Voice Picking position with National Workforce you must:

• Have a minimum of 3 months experience in a relevant Voice Picking position.
• Be confident in the use of headsets and barcode scanning technology.
• Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
