About Us
Ruth Landau Harp Early Learning is a high-quality early childhood education and care centre for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We are proudly operated by Perth Hebrew Congregation, a not-for-profit organisation with a strong community presence and a commitment to ethical, inclusive practice.
Located on over half an acre in leafy Menora, our centre provides outdoor play spaces twice the required size per child, beautifully resourced environments, and a deeply supportive, team-focused culture.

About the Role
We are seeking warm, dependable, and adaptable educators to join our team. Positions are available for both full-time and part-time staff working across a variety of age groups.
You will play a key role in supporting children's development, building meaningful connections with families, and contributing to a collaborative and nurturing team environment.
What You Will Need
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check
First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
1–2 years' experience working with children aged 0–5 years (preferred)
Availability across weekdays (various shift options available)
A warm, collaborative approach and passion for child-led, play-based learning
Australian work authorisation is required for this position as visa sponsorship is not available
