My client is a leading manufacturer and fabricator in Carole Park.

Due to the continued growth of the business, they are looking to appoint a number of factory workers, machine operators and labourers for a variety of new roles across the plant.

These roles are suitable for people with a consistant employment history of factory work in a manufacturing environment and an above average levels of fitness (due to the manual nature of some of the work). Please note these are manufacturing roles not warehouse and logistics roles.

Younger candidates such as recent school leavers with a good history of casual work while at school can also apply. They will have the opportunity to be mentored by exisiting experienced staff. Full training provided. However, you must have reliable transport in order to get to site.

Candidates on multi year unrestricted work visas looking for factory work may also be considered.

Above all you should be enthusiastic and willing to work to help the team reach its production goal. The workforce is typically broken into teams and team incentives are on offer based on the quality and quantity of team output. You need to feel comfortable in afast paced environment where your colleagues will hold you accountable.

The factory has modern equipment, good facilities and a positive team culture. Current hours Mon-Fri: 6.30am-3pm. Regular before shift O/T is also on offer. Options for full time and casual to permanent.

Preference will be given to candidates living with a 30 min commute of Carole Park and due to the lack of public transport, you must have access to vehicle unless you live in Carole Park or very closeby.
