Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Cobblebank is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our thriving centre. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role where you will lead a team of dedicated educators and teachers, drive pedagogical excellence, and support the delivery of a high-quality early childhood education program.

About the Role As the Educational Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the educational program across the centre
- Mentoring and coaching educators and teachers to deliver best practice
- Supporting teams with curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practice
- Championing the Aspire philosophy and curriculum framework
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and the community
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (VIT registration required for ECTs)
- Extensive experience as an Educational Leader or in a senior educational capacity
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and NQF
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor educators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
