About the Role

As a Group Leader, you will play a key leadership role within one of our rooms, working closely with a team of educators to create a stimulating and supportive environment for children. You will also:

Lead, mentor, and guide your room team.

Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Build strong relationships with families and the community.

Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development through meaningful experiences.

Ensure compliance with all centre policies, regulations, and quality standards.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and passionate educator who has:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).

Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development.

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support others.

Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
