An opportunity exists to join a well-regarded Victorian contractor in a Project Management role and spearhead an exciting project for the business. Further project range from $10m - $50m across diverse sectors..

The company have a very reputable background working with key clients over a number of years covering Retail, Industrial and other mixed commercial projects which is complemented by a long term employee base and strong subcontractor relationships throughout the industry.

As a Project Manager you will have between 5 – 15 years experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued over $10M ideally within the Design & Construct environment. In your career you will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to manage projects to both programme and budget and display strong communication skills and an ability to lead from the front.

Your career to date will ideally have been carved from the Tier 3 market here in Melbourne. This is a significant position within the organisation and will demand strong skills in forming leadership and mentoring capabilities across the business, reflecting the future opportunities at Senior Management for the successful applicant.
