Senior Project Manager - Land Development - Melbourne

Based from offices in the city you will be working for a close knit team of accomplished engineers and civil designers in a rewarding environment.

This is a Senior Project Management position to work for a specialist land development consultancy in Melbourne with a strong pipeline of work ahead of them over the next few years given their close ties with leading developers.

This role could be an excellent opportunity for senior project managers from a design (12D) or construction background and would suit engineers who perhaps are seeking a fresh environment to work in this year.

Working for a business this size you will feel more connected to the long term goals in an extremely rewarding environment. Ideally we are seeking project managers and senior project managers with proven experience and strong relationships working in VIC.

Remuneration: $200K - 220K + super and above depending on experience

To be successful you will need:

• A degree in Civil Engineering.
• Ideally have 15 - 20 years’ + experience working on land development and/or infrastructure related projects within a consultancy environment.
• Preferably have experience working on similar projects in VIC.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• An ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
