About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hot Water Technician to join a busy Sydney plumbing team. You'll be the go-to expert for servicing, repairing, and installing gas, electric, solar and heat pump hot water systems. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and offers long-term stability with excellent earning potential.

Tasks & Responsibilities

* Diagnose, service and repair hot water systems
* Install and upgrade gas, electric, solar & heat pump units
* Carry out preventative maintenance and inspections
* Provide clear advice to customers on system performance
* Optional overtime available for those who want it

Skills & Experience

* Licensed plumber with strong hot water experience
* 3+ years in residential and/or commercial hot water work
* Solid knowledge of gas, electric, solar and heat pump systems
* Confident in diagnostics, repairs and installations
* Customer-focused with strong communication skills
