The ERA is seeking a passionate and skilled HR professional to join our Corporate Services team as a Human Resources Consultant. This is a permanent opportunity, with the flexibility to consider a fixed-term appointment for an outstanding candidate.
In this role, you’ll provide expert consultancy and advisory services across a broad range of human resource matters, supporting managers, executives, and employees. You’ll work closely with the Manager Human Resources to deliver strategic workforce initiatives, lead change management processes, and coordinate key HR programs including recruitment, performance development, and capability building.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, supporting training and development, advising on policy and compliance, and contributing to organisational design and classification reviews. Your work will help shape a modern, inclusive, and high-performing workplace aligned with public sector standards.
To be successful, you’ll bring strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of public sector HR practices. Your ability to communicate effectively, act with integrity, and deliver practical, people-focused solutions will be key to driving positive outcomes across the organisation.
