The Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our advisers, clients, and other stakeholders to implement strategies outlined in Statements of Advice (SoAs). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Documentation: Assist in preparing accurate SoA and implementation documents and related forms for SoA meetings.

Implementation Management: Oversee the ongoing implementation of strategies documented in SoAs, including insurance, superannuation & investment applications.

Client Support: Provide high-level support to clients, ensuring our customer service standards are met.

Liaison: Coordinate with clients, mortgage brokers, and property specialists to facilitate smooth processes.

Compliance: Ensure all compliance requirements are met promptly and accurately.

Process Improvement: Contribute to team discussions aimed at enhancing business processes and client outcomes.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has an interest in building a career in financial planning.

Has previous experience working within a similar role in a financial planning firm & has a strong understanding of the statement of advice implementation process.

Possesses excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Is proactive and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Is committed to continuous learning and process improvement.

Experience with XPlan or similar software is advantageous but not essential.
