About Us

At Beachwood Early Learning and Kindergarten, we’re creating something truly unique for our community and team! We’re a true family owned and operated centre, that is pursue built offering high quality, play based educational programs in a beautiful, safe and supportive environment. Our out and about and Beach to Bush programs gives children rich, hands on and real life learning experiences in their local community including Bonbeach Beach and local wetlands.

About the Role

We’re looking for passionate, experienced and inspiring educators to join our team in a variety of roles:

Nursery, Toddler, and Kindergarten Assistant Educators

Break Cover & Ratio Support Educators

Full-time, part-time & casual roles available

What You’ll Need

Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or currently studying)

Current Working with Children Check

First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & CPR (preferred)

Sound understanding of the EYLF & NQF

Strong communication & teamwork skills

A passion for early education and a positive attitude

Strong understanding of mandatory reporting obligations and commitment to ensuring children’s health and safety is paramount.
