For over 20 years, Adelaide Retaining Walls has been delivering quality solutions across both domestic and commercial markets. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Design/Sales Consultant with a background in retaining walls or the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to new client opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
- Attend client appointments at their home or premises.
- Assist clients with design concepts and creative solutions.
- Prepare accurate written quotes within company KPI timeframes.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

What You'll Bring

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in the building or civil construction industry.
- Ability to read and prepare plans.
- Flexibility to attend some after-hours client appointments.
- Initiative, analytical and strategic thinking, and business awareness.
- Tenacity, adaptability, and a positive approach to change.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A strong "can-do" mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Candidates with drafting, architectural, or engineering backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retaining walls or construction industry is required.

- Intermediate commercial level plan reading and preparation skills are essential.

- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
