Remuneration: $82,152 – $111,299 pa + Super

Hours Per Week: 38

The Role

No two days are the same in rural nursing. You’ll work across ED-style presentations, outpatient care, and triage—making independent clinical decisions and working closely with the virtual ED medical team. This role is ideal for nurses with ED/ALS/triage experience, but full support and upskilling are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver front-line care in an ED-style setting (wound care, triage, emergency response)

Exercise sound clinical judgement with limited onsite medical support

Work with the virtual ED team for patient care

Support junior staff and contribute to education

Engage with the community in a culturally respectful way

Who You Are

AHPRA-registered RN

Confident making autonomous decisions

ED/triage experience preferred (or willing to train)

Minimum of 12 months+ RN experience

Flexible, adaptable, and community-minded

Australian citizen, PR, or transferring working visa with a min. 2 years+ validity.
