About us

Established in 1994, CLPM Pty Ltd is a West Australian owned and operated Registered Building Company specialising in heritage conservation and restoration, adaptive repurposing of heritage structures and new-build works demanding highly specific end use or artistic expression in the commercial and public sectors.

We have a strong pipeline of works across the Perth metro area and are looking to expand our team of skilled, leading-hand carpenters. Our projects are varied and interesting providing opportunity to participate in structural remediation carpentry works, restoration works, first and second fix.

Qualifications & experience

Experienced tradesperson with an interest in heritage works or wanting to develop an interest in this area.

Minimum 3-4 years of carpentry experience required.

Must have own transport and standard carpentry tool kit.

Completed carpentry apprenticeship or trade qualification is mandatory.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.

Tasks & responsibilities

Restoration and conservation of heritage timbers, including windows, doors, flooring and structural elements.

Custom new-build works, first and second fix.

Working with an experienced team focussed on quality project outcomes, safety and ethical practice.

Benefits

Competitive pay rate of up to $50.00 per hour, plus Super, plus LSL fund contribution.

Standard 40 hours per week assured, Mon-Fri.
