About the role

Qwixi is seeking a Storeman to join our warehouse team in Ingleburn, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work outside the 9 to 5.

What you'll be doing

Ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials

Maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment including keeping the site clean and rubbish free

Performing stock takes and inventory management tasks

Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks

Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Managing a small team of picker packers and delivery driver to ensure stock is delivered accurately, without damage and on time.

Pick and drop off of raw materials, finished goods and packaging as required

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced warehouse role within a food based company

Forklift licence or willingness to get one and experience operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately, efficiently and independently

Be the main point of contact for all tasks and responsibilities pertaining to the warehousing of goods

Good communication and customer service skills

Willingness to work in a team and contribute to a positive work culture

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety protocols

Ability to manage a small team of picker packers and delivery driver including stepping into those roles when necessary

Ideally lives within close proximity to Ingleburn

Drivers licence essential
