What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone with great energy, a willingness to learn, and a love for creating beautiful, effortless hair. You’ll be supported through intensive onboarding and advanced training – we’ll help you level up your skills and confidence.

Must haves:

5+ years salon experience

A genuine love for colour, especially lived-in blondes, balayage, and natural tones

Familiarity with modern techniques (you don’t have to be a master yet – we’ll help you get there)

A can-do attitude and openness to being part of a collaborative team

Passion for providing exceptional client experiences

Proven skills in advanced colouring techniques are a bonus – but not essential. If you’re coachable, driven, and excited to learn, we’ll give you everything you need to thrive.
