PRIDE Human Performance Group is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) to deliver evidence-based services across our diverse client base — from athletes and high-performance teams through to DVA, NDIS, injury rehabilitation, women’s health, and the general population.

The Role

Deliver individual and group services across: general health, high performance, injury rehab, DVA/NDIS, and women’s health.

Keep accurate client notes, reports, and referral letters.

Build referral networks with doctors and allied health.

Contribute to growth through professionalism and outcomes.

Commence no later than Jan 19, 2026 (immediate start available).

Soon-to-be graduates encouraged to apply.

About You

Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) with current registration (or eligible by Jan 2026).

Experience across a range of demographics and clinical needs (student/practical experience considered).

Strong communication and client engagement skills.

Proactive in building professional relationships.

Current Blue Card (or willing to obtain), First Aid & CPR.

Position Details

Permanent Part-Time (25 hrs/week) with scope to grow.

Roster (negotiable):

Mon, Wed, Fri: 8am–12pm

Tues, Thurs: 3.30pm–7pm

Award: Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 (MA000027), level based on experience.
