About the role

My Community Health is offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Exercise Physiologists to take the lead in developing and managing a growing caseload. We are seeking applicants from Noosa to Caloundra. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will:

· Lead Service Development: Create innovative and tailored exercise programs that meet the needs of our diverse client base, helping them achieve their health goals.

· Manage Caseloads: Develop and manage a caseload of clients, ensuring that each participant receives the personalized care and attention they deserve.

· Educational Resources: Design and develop educational materials to support clients and their families in understanding the importance of physical activity in health and recovery.

· Collaborate with Care Partners and Participants: Provide expert support and advice to Care Partners, Care Participants, and the wider MCH clinical team, ensuring a coordinated approach to care.

· Drive Innovation: Contribute to the development of new service lines and initiatives to enhance MCH’s offerings and improve community health outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

· A qualified Exercise Physiologist with experience in developing and managing caseloads.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients and team members alike.

· A passion for delivering innovative, client-centred health services.

· Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
