About the role
Begin your OT career with real support. You’ll build a community caseload across Brisbane/Gold Coast, with structured induction, weekly 1:1 supervision and time protected for learning.

What you’ll do

Functional capacity & ADL assessments (NDIS/private/DVA/Aged Care)

Assistive tech & minor home mods (scaffolded sign‑offs)

Goal‑based therapy; clear, timely documentation

Work with families, coordinators and MDT to enable independence

You bring

OT degree + AHPRA (or graduating soon)
