Location: Pilbara, Rural WA & Remote NT (Perth-based with travel)

Employment Type: Full-time | FIFO or flexible rosters (2:2, 2:1, 1:2, with 7:7 or 8:6 possible in the future)

Salary Range: $50–$90/hr + growth opportunities (depending on experience)

The Role

We’re looking for a Surveyor – a true jack of all trades who thrives on variety and wants to be part of something bigger.

Whether you’re highly experienced or just starting out, we have a place for you.

Experienced Surveyors – you’ll bring leadership, mentoring, and practical know-how to the team.

Early-career Surveyors – you’ll gain training, exposure, and support to flourish in a hands-on environment.

You’ll work across:

UAVs, GPS, Total Stations, laser & mobile scanning (with constant opportunities to learn new tools).

Remote and rugged sites across WA and NT, with clients ranging from councils and farmers to renewable energy companies.

Cross-border collaboration – contributing to projects that link Australian operations with R&D in the Netherlands, and the potential for international assignments.
