About the role

We're seeking a reliable and experienced Relief Skipper & Operations Support to join our team at Boat Hire Mandurah Pty Ltd in Mandurah, WA. This is a full-time role where you'll have the opportunity to work with our fleet of vessels and support our overall operations.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate and navigate our vessels, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times

Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients during their boat hire experiences

Assist with general operations, including vessel maintenance, logistics, and customer service

Support the team in delivering a high-quality service and exceptional experiences for our customers

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations and procedures

What we're looking for

Relevant boat/vessel operating qualifications and experience as a skipper. Coxswain NC1 or Master 5/MED2.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide an exceptional experience for our clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and the wider team

Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to your work
