THE CLIENT
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial hardship specialist to join and lead a small team for a global company renowned for their excellent company culture and diverse working environment. This role will suit someone who can take ownership of their work and build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking to lead a team whilst being a part of finance and have the support of an experienced, friendly Manager.

THE ROLE
- Take ownership of the workflow and functions
- Daily allocation and workflow monitoring
- POC between compliance, legal teams and escalations
- Provide strategy for specialised or escalated cases
- Support with implementation of change activities
- Responsible for training new staff
- Assist Collections Manager with required duties
THE PERSON
- Strong knowledge of consumer credit, financial hardship or customer assistance
- Proven experience with implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience leading/mentoring others
- Experience building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- High level of attention to details
