About the Role
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Solar & Battery Sales Consultant. With unlimited earning potential (realistic OTE $200k+) and hot, double-confirmed leads, you’ll focus on closing deals while we handle the rest—stock, scheduling and installs.

What you’ll do

Conduct in-home consultations and create tailored solar & battery solutions

Educate customers and build trust to close high-value sales

Prepare contracts and lodge applications accurately

Nurture referrals and grow your client base

Keep CRM details current and precise

What we’re looking for

Proven solar sales experience and industry knowledge

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Motivated to hit big numbers and enjoy uncapped commissions
