Primary Objectives:

Logistics & Receivals
- Manage grower deliveries
- Data entry and spreadsheet tracking
- Receive incoming trucks, moisture testing, tagging and processing
- Handle administrative tasks for truckloads

- Maintain a customer focus by interacting with growers and truck drivers

Stock control
- Conduct inventory counting by cross-referencing system data with stock
- Sample coordination and testing
- Perform quality control and audit preparation assistance
- Handle administrative tasks for truckloads

Administration and Teamwork

- Support admin team, logistics, receivals, productions and maintenance.

The successful person should possess the following:

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, planning and organisation

Excellent communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines

High level of skill in Microsoft Excel and Word

Previous experience in agriculture and/or manufacturing (desirable)
