At Kinetic Medicine, we’re an Exercise Physiology–led allied health practice with a clear mission: to place Accredited Exercise Physiologists in critical roles across health and disability care. We’re now seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team on the beautiful Mid North Coast (Forster and Taree). This role is designed for someone who is coachable, values mentorship, and wants to grow into a confident, trusted leader in their field.

This role is open to applicants desiring part time roles, though consideration may be given to a full time role for the right candidate.

What we’re looking for

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA registered) with 2+ years’ clinical experience

A clinician who is interested in developing expertise in complex musculoskeletal, mental health and women's health presentations, and looking for a team that recognises and values diversity in leadership pathways

Someone who is coachable, receptive to feedback, and motivated to grow through mentorship

A professional with strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care

A practitioner who isn't afraid of technology and innovation and is keen to help implement the future of healthcare

What you’ll do

Deliver high-quality exercise physiology services across health, disability, and rehabilitation contexts, working across funding schemes to ensure people are connected to the care they need regardless of funders

Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, while building your own professional identity

Develop tailored care plans that improve independence, confidence, and quality of life for clients

Contribute to our vision of advancing the role of AEPs in Australia’s health system
