Reporting to the General Manager Central Procurement & Fleet, the ICT Sourcing Manager will lead development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) products and services.

We are looking for a resilient individual that can work in a highly collaborative manner with cross functional teams. This role focuses on supporting the organisation’s technology goals through strategic procurement practices, including leading end-to-end ICT sourcing, managing supplier relationships, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards.

Please note, this is a 6-month, fixed term contract position with the possibility of extension. Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you too - this role supports hybrid working.

Your part in our UnitingCare team

Develop and execute ICT sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives

Manage the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle for ICT hardware, software, services, and related contracts

Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to identify potential suppliers and evaluate vendor capabilities

Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms, pricing, KPIs and service levels

Collaborate closely with ICT, finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure compliance

Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards

Manage supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

Prepare reports and presentations on sourcing activities and savings

Managing supplier relationships and lifecycle of contracts that fall outside of the Digital and Technology team’s scope

What makes a difference for us?

Proven experience (3+ years) in ICT sourcing/procurement or related roles using the QITC contracting framework

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field – Highly regarded

Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills

Strong influence and relationship building skills

Desirable: Experience in a not-for-profit sector. Use of Coupa sourcing module
