About You
We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader with:
Proven experience in catering or large-scale event operations management
Strong leadership, training, and staff development skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent client service skills
Solid understanding of budgets, procurement, and operational processes
Full Australian working rights
Manual driver's licence
