What we are seeking is a creative and determined Chef de Parte that is an all round superstar and wants to take their career to the next level . Working closely with the senior kitchen team you will be working across the venues multiple outlets on a daily basis focusing on consistently delivering great food.
Skills we Seek Include:
- Creative skills across all aspects of the industry, ideally with solid functions experience
- Strong all rounder who is very confident on all sections
- Career driven and everyday looking to improve their skill set
- A real team player who can stay focused in a busy kitchen
- Must have full knowledge of all kitchen operations, safe food, WHS in a multi kitchen setting
- Someone who is passionate about good produce and is up to date on all the latest trends in the restaurant industry.
