Available Positions

Bush Regeneration Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you’ll initially work on-ground with our crews before stepping fully into leadership. You’ll oversee day-to-day bush regeneration and revegetation works, mentor team members, ensure high standards of safety and quality, and contribute to long-term site management.

Essential:

Certificate III (or higher) in Conservation & Ecosystem Management or related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in bush regeneration

Strong plant ID skills (native & exotic, SEQ focus)

Current ACDC (herbicide application) licence

Construction Safety White Card

First Aid & CPR

Chainsaw Level 1 & 2

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Tech proficiency (Android platforms)

Desirable:

4WD competency, aquatic weed control experience, GIS skills, and experience with machinery such as Zero-Turn Mower, Argo, or Quickspray

Bush Regeneration Crew Member

As a Crew Member, you’ll undertake hands-on bush regeneration tasks, including hand and mechanical weed maintenance, herbicide application, and revegetation works. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced Supervisors while contributing to high-quality environmental outcomes.

Essential:

Certificate I (or higher) in Conservation & Ecosystem Management (or equivalent experience)

Bush regeneration field experience

Valid ACDC (herbicide application) licence

Construction Safety White Card

Proficiency in SEQ native and weed species ID and management

Passion for working outdoors and restoring natural ecosystems

Current driver’s licence and transport

First Aid Certificate

Chainsaw Level 1
