Casual Driver – Portable Toilet Servicing

Dump’n’Pump is a family-owned and rapidly growing portable toilet hire & service business, operating across the Mid North Coast, Clarence Valley, New England and Port Macquarie and Hunter regions.

We’re currently looking for a motivated and reliable driver/labourer to join our team in a hands-on service role. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and servicing portable toilets at various worksites using a vacuum service truck.

What You’ll Need

MR truck licence (HR is a bonus)

Physically fit & capable of manual work

Comfortable working independently

A good attitude and strong work ethic

Basic mechanical knowledge (trucks, pumps etc.)

Commitment to hygiene, safety, and customer service

Reliable transport to and from Woolgoolga depot

Non-smoking policy – applies to all vehicles and worksites

Key Responsibilities

Driving to various job sites to service and clean portable toilets across the Mid North Coast.

Vacuum pump-out of waste from portable toilets + basic cleaning and restock.

Completing digital service checklists

Maintaining equipment and truck cleanliness

Representing the business professionally
