About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner who enjoys working with customers and internal stakeholders to build an innovative job management & field services software.

Working alongside our Head of Product, you will lead cross-functional requirements definition, coordinate feature development, and ensure successful product delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and shape our product direction as we scale our business and grow our team.

What You'll Do

Customer-Centric Product Development

Lead discovery workshops with customers to uncover business requirements and pain points.

Create comprehensive functional and non-functional documentation that bridges customer needs with technical solutions.

Develop high-level solution that address complex business workflows.

Product Strategy & Research

Research into modern B2B software solutions to identify market opportunities.

Define and prioritise product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.

Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable development plans.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with customers, sales, engineering, and leadership teams.

Present product roadmaps, plans and feature updates to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Collect feedback from multiple sources to inform product decisions.

The ideal candidate:

You will bring the following to the team:

Product management experience - end-to-end delivery from discovery and prioritisation, through to launch and iteration.

Strong Business Analysis experience with proven ability to gather, analyse and document complex business requirements.

B2B SaaS product experience, preferably with cloud-based enterprise solutions.

Direct customer engagement experience, including running workshops or requirement gathering sessions and producing detailed documentation.

Complex systems expertise - experience with workflow-driven applications, finance systems, or ERP platforms.

Customer-first mindset - passion for solving real problems and delivering intuitive, impactful solutions.

Cross-functional collaboration - ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Communication skills - Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and business needs to technical teams.

Proactive and curious approach - always seeking ways to improve products, processes, and outcomes.

Analytical and data-driven - using insights to guide product decisions and measure success.
