We’re looking for a talented Sheetmetal Tradesman to join our crew at All Metal Australia.

From curved flashings to custom rainwater heads, no two days are the same here. If you take pride in craftsmanship and want to be part of a team that values quality and a good laugh, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Crafting custom sheetmetal products – curved flashings, rainwater heads, sumps, and more

Working with Colorbond®, zincalume, aluminium, stainless steel, and other top-notch materials

Using machines like rollers, guillotines, pan brakes, and folders

Problem-solving on the fly – some jobs are straightforward, others need a creative spark!

Keeping the workshop safe, tidy, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

We care about fit, vibe, and pride in your work just as much as experience.
Here’s what makes someone a great match:

Sheetmetal experience (flashings or rainwater products = big bonus points!)

Sharp eye for detail and a genuine care for the finished product

Ability to read drawings and think ahead

A team player who pitches in and keeps the banter flowing

Bonus points: Welding skills, forklift licence, or relevant trade qualifications
