About the role:

Seeking an experienced IT Support officer whose core focus will be supporting and maintaining existing systems but also contributing to process improvement and providing advice on ad-hoc IT projects. This role is permanent, full time that will provide immense value to the business through support and triage to all IT systems including:

Setup, deploy and maintain IT systems including PCs, servers, mobile devices, network infrastructure, NAS, IP Cameras etc.

Conduct regular access reviews and IT asset auditing.

Maintain accurate and detailed IT documentation and procedures

Essential criteria to be successful:

Experience with Microsoft Server products including Windows Server, SQL, Hyper-V, IIS, Active Directory, replication and Group Policy

Expertise with Microsoft 365 suite including Office, SharePoint and OneDrive

VEEAM Backup and Replication, Mimecast, and Kaspersky Antivirus, or similar applications.

IT security tools

Experience with Intercard or any other related Debit Card systems is highly desirable

Must be able to pass police background check
