About the Role

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care in aged care and multi-purpose facilities.
• Lead and support care staff while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee medications, wound care, documentation, clinical handovers, and escalation of resident needs.
• Ensure care aligns with the Aged Care Quality Standards and facility procedures.
• Build strong rapport with residents, families, and staff to foster positive care environments.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 12 months experience as an EN in residential aged care or similar.
• Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted).
• Police Check within the last 12 months.
• Up-to-date flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
• Full Australian working rights (citizenship, PR, or relevant visa).
• A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to hit the ground running.
