Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage APS4 Service Liaison Officers. This position is located in multiple offices across Brisbane, Robina and Burnie for an initial 12 month contract.

About the Position
The Service Liaison Officer provides expert, consistent HR advice and support to staff via telephone and email, resolving queries and liaising with specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing advice on people-related matters
• Work on a rotating shift roster within core business hours 8am to 6pm
• Respond to staff enquiries
• Use telephone and email support
• Raise purchase orders, acquit invoices and monthly reconciliation of accruals
• Liaise with internal staff and specialists to resolve complex enquiries

• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused engagement
• SAP ESSentials familiarity
• Analytical problem-solving
• Proficient with computer tools
