About the Role
St John's College, Dubbo is seeking a Religious Education KLA Leader to support with the spiritual and academic life of the College. This is a pivotal role for a committed Catholic leader who is driven by faith, strategy and student wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promote Catholic identity, mission and evangelisation through curriculum and community life.
- Lead Religious Education in line with Diocesan guidelines.
- Foster a welcoming, Gospel-based environment for students, staff and families.
- Lead curriculum design and pedagogy in Religious Education.
- Use data effectively to monitor progress and plan strategic interventions.
- Collaborate on professional learning, reporting, and assessment processes.
- Coordinate staffing and resources for Religious Education.
- Support teacher induction, professional development and performance.
- Contribute to school events, planning and governance.

About You
We are seeking a leader who is:
- Deeply committed to the mission and values of Catholic Education.
- An innovative educator with expertise in Religious Education curriculum and leadership.
- A collaborative team player with high-level interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Strategic in vision and confident in leading change to enhance student learning and staff capacity.
- Skilled in using data, technology, and contemporary pedagogical practices to drive improvement.
- Able to provide relevant tertiary qualifications in education (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
- Accredited in Category D to Work, Teach and Lead in Catholic Education (or willingness to obtain).
- Able to provide evidence of current NSW Working with Children Check
- Able to provide NSW Driver's Licence (desirable).
