Sleeper Wall Constructions is a specialist in building concrete sleeper retaining walls across South East Queensland. We take pride in delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for multiple experienced labourers and operators to join our Brisbane-based team. We have both full-time and casual opportunities available.
What You'll Be Doing
Installing concrete sleepers, H-posts & backfilling retaining walls
Operate excavators/skid steers for pier holes, augering, and rock drilling
Read and follow engineering plans
Maintain site safety and support daily team coordination
Manage material deliveries and assist with quality assurance tasks (iPad provided)
What You'll Need
Valid Driver's Licence & White Card
Tickets for Excavator, Skid Steer & Dogging (highly regarded)
Previous experience in construction or civil works
Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
Willingness to take responsibility and contribute to a positive team culture
What We Offer
Competitive pay: $80K–$100K per year
