Seeking mature FEMALE mental health disability support workers Caboolture and Strathpine Area.

Duties include

Providing emotional supports as per Behaviour support plan.

Dealing with Behaviours of Concern

Assisting people to perform activities of daily living.

Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing tasks

Performing home based tasks such as meal preparation and housework

Support with community access

Ensuring a varied program of social activities

Implement Restrictive Practices as required

Requirements

Experience working with mental health participants with challenging behaviours

Good communication skills

Worker Screening

NDIS Orientation module

NDIS worker screening or willing to obtain one

Cert 3 in disability/individual support or currently enrolled an advantage

Valid Drivers License

Must have the right to work in Australia

Should be available for at list 3 shifts a week

Will be required to have Maybo training
