Urzi Supports is looking for a positive and empathetic Mental Health Support Worker to join our team.

We are seeking the perfect candidate based in Noosa and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

This role of the support worker is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting Urzi Psychology's clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes:

Providing support in day-to-day living, ensuring that they have maximum opportunity for developing valued and valuing lifestyles

Providing opportunities for choice and control and participation in matters relating to the home, as well as facilitating access to community services and facilities

Carrying out and promoting positive routines, duties, and activities in a cooperative, respectful, and flexible manner that are meaningful and purposeful to the participant

Facilitating community inclusion and participation to establish and maintain relationships and interests through access to community activities, venues, and services

You will need:

Current Australian Driver's License

Own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance

NDIS Screening Card & Blue Card

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in mental health support

Australian permanent resident or citizen status
