About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machinist to join our production team. Your main responsibility is to operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce accurate and high-quality stitched designs on garments and textiles. In addition to machine work, you will also answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries related to orders, designs, and timelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage both technical tasks and customer service efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate multi-head and/or single-head embroidery machines

Set up and thread machines according to job specifications

Monitor production runs and ensure designs are embroidered correctly

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Requirements:

Previous experience operating embroidery machines desirable however full training will be provided

Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Basic knowledge of embroidery software is a plus
