JOB SUMMARY:

Are you a Chef looking for a rewarding new challenge and the chance to be part of an exciting opening? The team behind acclaimed restaurant Latitude 30 is launching Mie Mie’s, a modern Asian fusion restaurant opening in Coffs Harbour. If you are highly experienced in Asian cuisine from Sous Chef, Chef de Partie and Demi Chef, qualified or equivalent we want you!!! We are very open to sponsoring the right candidates who are already within Australia and who are willing to make the move to beautiful Coffs Harbour in regional NSW.

MUST HAVE…

Proven success in modern Asian fusion cuisine essential

A passion for serving up consistently high quality dishes

Very strong communication and time management skills

Ability to work closely and cooperatively within a team

Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role - qualified or equivalent

Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and food safety standards
