In this role, you will
Support children, young people, and families to access the right services
Build strong connections with families, communities, and partner agencies
Assist in developing and reviewing family care and access plans
Participate in case discussions and provide input to support decisions
Organise and support activities that promote healthy child development
To be successful
You are a people-focused professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with families from diverse backgrounds. You bring empathy, resilience, and confidence in supporting children and young people in care.
You have strong problem-solving abilities and can work independently while collaborating with social workers, supervisors, and other services. Your knowledge of child development, parenting practices, and community support networks helps you make a real difference.
